Have a constant source of income that will help you not strain yourself in terms of money to avoid being left in bad debts.

The size of the place you get depends on if you have a family or not and if you have a lot of items or not. Different places have different units, so the choice is yours. Know the pros and cons of the place you want to move into way before you make your final decision. This helps one to settle for a place that suits your interests.

Make sure that the place you are moving in things is arranged according to plan. This is in terms of repairing damages and listening to complaints from their tenants. Know if electricity and water are always constant, or their will be days you will be forced to buy water. If the tenants have nothing to complain about that is a good place to settle.
