Just treat them as a target practice and it actually pays to deal with different kinds of individuals. It can add versatility to your overall package as an individual and you deserve to get to that level.

Pick the niche that is closest to your heart. This is because you need to want and need your job at the same time. Be passionate and this can bring you closer to more prospects in your town. Once you are ready to evolve professionally, you can go to another state and do your magic.

Embrace additional education and be in an endless loop of learning. In that way, you shall always have the edge among other agents out there. This is how you get to be known in just a few months. People can easily be impressed when you know your turf.
